The Team Churches

St Andrew's Halberton is one of a team of six churches within the Cullompton Deanery in the Archdeaconry of Exeter within the diocese of Exeter. The churches in the team are the parish churches of:

  Burlescombe  -  St Mary the Virgin
  Halberton  -  St Andrew
  Hockworthy  -  St Simon & St Jude
  Holcombe Rogus  -  All Saints
  Sampford Peverell  -  St John the Baptist
  Uplowman  -  St Peter

The clergy are Acting Team Rector Revd Keith Gale and Assistant Vicar Revd Richard Cloete.

Members of the team parishes get together in one of the six churches in turn for Eucharist on the 5th Sunday of the month and other team services as announced.

Other activities which involve the whole team include Moving On In Mission & Ministry (MOIMM).  MOIMM is a venture within Exeter diocese to meet some of the future challenges facing the church. For more information on MOIMM across the diocese see the MIOMM web pages (opens in new window).
